What Call Catch Does
When a call is missed, Call Catch automatically sends a text message to the caller within seconds. The goal is simple: keep the conversation alive and get the lead to respond.

Setup, Billing, and Cancellation
- Setup Fee: A one-time onboarding fee applies.
- Recurring Service: Call Catch is billed as a recurring subscription (monthly). Your recurring price and billing cadence will be displayed at checkout.
- Receipts & Invoices: Stripe provides email receipts and billing confirmations automatically after purchase.
- Cancel Anytime: You can cancel the subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future recurring charges. If you cancel after a billing date, that period remains active through the end of the paid term.
Note: Taxes (if applicable) will be calculated and shown during checkout based on your location.
Acceptable Use
Call Catch is intended for legitimate business communications and lead follow-up. You agree not to use the service for:
- Spam, deceptive messaging, or harassment
- Illegal products/services or prohibited content
- Sending messages to numbers without a legitimate business purpose
We may suspend service for activity that violates these standards or applicable laws and carrier policies.

Privacy & Terms
We collect only the information needed to provide the service (for example: business contact details and message logs needed for delivery/support). Payment details are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
